Greater Catalytic efficiency through increased accessible surface

GoNano Technologies utilizes proprietary high surface area nanomaterials with 100% accessibility as a catalyst platform. The base material is a mat of Silica NanospringsTM that can be coated with a wide range of oxides and/or metallic nanoparticles to suit a broad range of heterogeneous catalyst-mediated processes. The surface area and accessibility attributes of the NanospringsTM result in significantly lower precious metal loading and greater catalytic efficiency. Nanosprings can be readily functionalized with organic molecules that act as scaffolding for homogeneous catalysts.
